Minnie Ada Tyler

Birth  Feb 10, 1883 in Edmonton, Middlesex, England
She died 1933 of heart failure in New Jersey, USA
Minnie's mother was Emma Gray she was born around 1843. Emma married Henry Middleton (1849-1879) after he died she married William Sidney Tyler (born abt 1840).
Emma's parents were:

Eliza Herring 

B: 1815 in Norfolk, England

D: 1885 in Barford, Norfolk, England at 70 years old.



Emma's father was  Orsary Gray
Born 1798 in Castleacre, Norfolk, England
Died Dec 21, 1882 in Docking Union Workhouse
                                                            
Orsary and Eliza were married Nov 1, 1830 in Wisbech, Cambridge.  Eliza was 15 years old. They had 11 children.
 
 
 
 
  • On May 7, 1900 Minnie married Herbert Mace in Summit county Ohio.
Herbert is 22 years old and list his parents as Pooley and Jane Smith
Minnie is 17 years old and list her parents as Sidney Tyler B: 1840 and Emma Gray B:1843

 The 1920 Census states that in that year Minnie is 30 years old. She is living in Penns Grove, New Jersey with her husband Herbert and their children:

Wilhelmina 3



Minnie died 1933 of heart failure in New Jersey, USA


March 8, 1884
Minnie was 11 months old. She was traveling with her parents Sydney and Emma Tyler and her half brother Gustavus William Middleton (1876-1974) who was 7 at the time. Also with them was Ethel Gray she was 20. They left Liverpool England on a ship named Br Ss Alvah and arrived in New Orleans on March 8, 1884. Minnie apparently had two other brothers born in American Sydney and Cyril.
